Miriam Ching Yoon Louie is a third generation Korean Chinese American writer. Her non-fiction, Sweatshop Warriors: Immigrant omen Workers Take on the Global Factory (2001) and Women’s Education in the Global Economy: A Workbook (2000) with Linda Burnahm feature the voices of immigrant and women of color leaders and movements. She was a founding member of Women of Color Resource Center in Berkeley, California.
