Francis Shor is Emeritus Professor of History at Wayne State University in Detroit and the author of several books. His most recent is his hybrid memoir, Pursing Peace and Justice. He is also the author of Weaponized Whiteness: The Constructions and Deconstructions of White Identity Politics (Brill, 2019) and Dying Empire: U.S. Imperialism and Global Resistance (New York: Routledge, 2010).
