Bryan D. Palmer is the author of E.P. Thompson: Objections and Oppositions and the forthcoming James P. Cannon and the Emergence of Trotskyism in the United States, 1928-1938. He has written several books on Canadian working-class history and culture and co-authored Toronto’s Poor: A Rebellious History.
