Barry Eidlin is a member of Solidarity and an associate professor of sociology at McGill University. His book, Labor and the Class Idea in the United States and Canada was published by Cambridge University Press (2018). As a graduate student he was a head steward in UAW Local 2865 at UC Berkeley.
