Samuel Farber was born and raised in Cuba and has written extensively about that country as well as the Russian Revolution and U.S. politics. He is an Emeritus Professor of Political Science at CUNY (City University of New York) and resides in that city. He is also a member of Jewish Voice for Peace. His article “Zionism: A Sui Generis Settler Colonialism” appears in the Winter 2025 issue of New Politics.
