Naomi Weisstein was a writer and activist in the radical feminist and left movements since the 1960s. She authored “Psychology Constructs the Female” and Adventures of a Woman in Science” and was a founder of the Chicago Women’s Liberation Rock Band She taught psychology at the State University of New York at Buffalo and worked on how the brain makes sense of visual input. She died in 2015.
