Lars Henriksson is an auto worker who has been working at the assembly line at Volvo Cars in Gothenburg, Sweden since the late 1970s. Since 2006 he has published an inplant monthly newsletter Kvasten (The Broom). His book, in Swedish, argues for the necessity of converting the auto industry as a union strategy for saving jobs and the climate.
