Felice Yeskel was an activist who advocated for LGBT rights, class issues and economic equality. She was a leader of the Seneca Women’s Peace Encampment, founded and ran the Stonewall Center at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and co-founded United for a Fair Economy and Class Action. In 2011 she died after a battle with cancer.
