Andrés Antillano

Andrés Antillano was involved with the assemblies of barrios in Caracas in the mid-1980s and led to a flowering of popular urban struggles. Later he was a member of Movimiento de Pobladores (MP). Today he is chair of the Department of Criminology at the Central University of Venezuela School of Law where he analyzes the crime surge in Venezuela.
