Youbin Kang is a postdoctoral fellow at the City College of New York, and fellow at the New York Public Library, with previous appointments at Cornell University and the International Labour Organization. They are a sociologist trained at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and write about how global circuits of capital and technology relate to the world of work, urban infrastructure, and collective life.
