Vladislav Bugera is an independent left-wing activist in Russia. He lectures at the Ufa State Oil University and Technology in Bashkortostan and is deputy director of the Bashkir Division of the Academic Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the Methodology of Artificial Intelligence. Bugera received his doctorate in 2006 from Moscow State University.
