Lee Stanfield is a board member of Health Over Profit for Everyone (HOPE) and a non-physician member of Physicians for National Health Program (PNHP). She is the founder of Single-Payer NOW Tucson. Before retiring, she had worked in the medical field as a research and clinical assistant and technician, as a case manager coordinating in-home services for disabled and elderly Medicaid patients, and as a mental health counselor at several mental health agencies in Tucson, Arizona.
